Please note: Gift cards are redeemable on products on the website. If you wish to use your gift card towards a course, we will gladly generate a code for you to use in Training Desk. To do this, please contact us at info@actwell.com.au and provide the gift card code that was emailed to you.
ACTWELL Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and redemption of gift cards ("Gift Cards") from ACTWELL First Aid and Training and ACTWELL FIRE and Emergency Planning ("ACTWELL," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Purchase
Gift Cards can be purchased online through our website.
Payment can be made via accepted payment methods as listed on our website.
3. Value and Currency
Gift Cards are available in various denominations and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
4. Expiry
Gift Cards are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of issue, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
The expiry date will be prominently displayed on the Gift Card. If there is no expiry date, this will be clearly stated as "No expiry date."
5. Redemption
Gift Cards can be redeemed for services and products offered by ACTWELL.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
6. Non-Transferable
Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Lost or Stolen Cards
ACTWELL is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. No replacements will be provided.
8. Limitations
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.
9. Conditions and Restrictions
All conditions and restrictions on the use of the Gift Card will be clearly stated, including any limitations on the number of transactions.
10. Compliance with Laws
The purchase and use of Gift Cards must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Australian Consumer Law.
