Our trainers and consultants come from fire, ambulance, emergency nursing, and emergency management. Our operations team brings the systems and care that holds it all together.

Roles we hire for

Trainers and facilitators

Deliver accredited first aid, warden and ECO training, evacuation exercises, and first attack firefighting. Work across our Canberra facility and on-site at client workplaces.

What you need:

Emergency service background (fire, ambulance, military medical, or similar)
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
The ability to make people feel comfortable, supported and confident

Emergency planning consultants

Work with clients on emergency plans, compliance assessments, evacuation diagrams, and EPC support. Technical, detail-oriented work that requires someone who understands both the regulatory framework and how workplaces actually operate.

What you need:

Experience in emergency management, fire safety, or WHS compliance
A thorough understanding of AS 3745-2010, AS 4083-2010 and WHS Regulations and how to apply them to site-specific client needs
The ability to apply technical knowledge clearly in client-facing work

Operations and administration

Keep everything moving. Bookings, equipment, paperwork, client communications. Emergency services background is not required, but you need to care about our clients, the work and the standard.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with clients by phone, email and in person
Comfort with booking systems, CRMs and general tech
A genuine care for quality, follow-through and client experience
