Phil presented the course to staff at my school. He was professional, punctual and personable at all . He took time to reiterate any information from our questions and ensured a stress free and informative course. Highly recommend ACTWELL and Phil personally for staff training. Also, Fred the mainikin was absolutely, painfully realistic.
